Dropping Off
Once you have all of your slips and information together, please use our secure
drop box at the front door. The drop box is available 24/7 for your
convenience and is checked regularly...don't forget current contact info!
Questions & Pending
We will call you if we have any questions or need further information.
If we have requested missing information or you have indicated
that you still have slips to come, your file will go in pending.
Only once we have received all of the necessary information will
your file then go back into the queue of returns to be done.
Picking Up Completed Returns
When your return is ready we will call you to book your pick-up appointment.
New Clients: Thank you for your interest in working with us,
however, we are not currently taking on any new clients.
